Lua has luarocks. Rust has cargo. What about Adept?

There is somewhat, you can adept install PACKAGE_NAME to fetch source code that's apart of the standard stash.

There aren't very many packages right now though, and there is no version or dependency management.

You can submit packages by making a PR or sending me a link to the repo you want to package. Eventually a proper package manager is necessary of course though
