Needs to handle submitting posts to 4chan. Criteria includes:

  • CAPCHA approval. Legacy and old versions should be available.
  • Account intergration for CAPTCHA bypass.
  • Media uploading along with posts.
  • Throttle post creation based on board cooldown limits.
