Expand molecule tests to include a site configured with PHP and Mariadb

Tests have only been created for a basic static site - no php, no letsencrypt, no mariadb.

Tests should be expanded to include setup a site that uses both PHP + Mariadb , but that may require us to drop CentOS from the test matrix, since neither of those 2 roles were built to support it. At some point if / when support is added to those 2 for centos, then that distro can be added back to the test matrix.

Tests can't include letsencrypt unless we build a shim, or unless letsencrypt supports a test mode without working dns or incoming connections.
