这个问题在测试的三个发行版（Debian Ubuntu Arch）里只在Ubuntu内出现 原因不明
【测试环境为Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS WSL2】
虽然不是很要紧的问题 在大多数情况下只会造成一些显示的重叠 比如

但还是计划在v1.0.2前解决这个问题

经过检查这个问题可能比我想的要深的多 目前最可能的解释是ubuntu下的EOF输入不会带上换行 但只是一种猜测
同时已经发现bash也有一样的问题 只是因为我这的行为牵扯到行擦除所以问题会变得格外明显【bash底层也是readline】
而且由于readline库的一些我也不清楚的行为 通过读取光标位置看有没有换行来修复这个问题也不可行 原因依旧不明
总之这个bug修复暂缓了
