Cache and Lang Errors after fresh Build

After a fresh build of rev ce4bea6fee9a16dcea0ce07e1f78a110be456f8e with VS Community 2017, getting these errors on run.
I'm definitely a noob with building VS projects, so any help would be appreciated!!
