Since 351ELEC has forked into PineappleELEC and JELOS.

It may be worth cloning the existing 351ELEC pack for JELOS, since the changes are only minor:

  1. Everything in /Machines/MSX, /Machines/MSX2, and /Machines/MSX2+ needs to end in .ROM (all caps)
  2. Everything in /Machines/quasi88/ needs to end in .ROM (all caps)
