The following optimizations should be carried out to improve performance.

Subscription class

Generate event notifications only if necessary

Subscription Manager class

Add new high performance implementation of Service Transaction publish list

MonitorItem class

Add new high-performance implementation of monitored item list

Monitor Manager

The Monitor Item Map should only be run through once.

Check Thread Model

All samples are currently only processed with one thread. Check whether each subscription manager can use its own strand.
