Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the versions of boost and openssl are defined in CMakefile as variables manually.
These versions are used in logs and diagnostic messages but they are often wrong because a user forgets to change its values.

Describe the solution you'd like

The versions should be initialized automatically based on the data from find_package macro.
