Catch-all issue for any linking to external sites from data.

  • NCBI accession, biosample, bioproject & biocollection pages
  • BPA sequence pages
  • BOLD pages
  • ALA specimen record pages (biocache)
  • GBIF for non-AU collectionCode and catalog numbers
  • Publication DOI links
  • Wikidata for authors/collectors/researchers
  • OrcIDs

Ely suggests that a number of collection managers maintain a list of sequence accession numbers to catalog/voucher numbers for their collections. This could be added to a species list and used to augment data during pipelines list processing.
