AoS in AMReX

Hi,

If in some special occasions the AoS data layout is preferred for constructing a MultiFab, how can we implement it in AMReX?

Is it trivial or it requires major architectural changes on the member functions of MultiFabs? I am not sure if anyone attempts to do it before, and I am glad to hear from anybody for any suggestions.

You can use FabArray<BaseFab<T>>, where T could be your own struct or amrex::GpuArray<T,N>.
