Amrvis Docker container (works on Macs, too)

I've made a Docker container that has a pre-built version of Amrvis: https://github.com/BenWibking/Amrvis-container

This is intended to make it easier for users to get started with Amrvis on macOS, since the dependencies are complicated. On macOS, it uses X11 forwarding to show the GUI.

I hope this is useful. I would be happy to transfer maintainance of this container to the AMReX-Codes repo or integrate it into the Amrvis repo.

@BenWibking I like the idea of having this in AMReX-Codes. How about we create a new github team for Amrvis-container that will have write access to the new Amrvis-container repo, and add you to the team?
