Navigating to only a wcomponent id should open appropriate base and knowledge view #210

Currently

If you navigate to https://datacurator.org/app/#wcomponents/some-id-you-can-access it will prompt you to select a base
Upon selecting the appropriate base it will load the default knowledge view instead of the view containing that component

Description (acceptance criteria)

Get the component and choose the base that it belongs to
When the base loads, find the knowledge views that the component belongs to. If one is the default knowledge view then choose that, otherwise choose the knowledge view that it belongs to which has been most recently modified.

Why (hypothesis)

Makes it easier to grab links to components and use them
