Model upload to Hugging Face Model Hub

Hi @andyweizhao,

thanks for releasing the code and models for your paper.

I would like to play around with the models in more experiments, and as I'm using the Hugging Face Transformers library, I would like to ask if you could consider uploading models to their model hub.
