openhands installation issue using pip install openhands

initially i used python 3.12 and try to install ophenhands but it shows issues stating that it requires setuptools, so i installed it by using pip install setuptools then i try to install openhands again it shows distutils error which because of it requires numpy==1.19.5 . then i installed python 3.9.11 and try to install the openhands again this shows a new error
