An approach to filtering road types in 3d and 4th commands is different: - `enrich-lulc` does not burn tertiary roads, filtering them out (specific location in code unknown) - `recalc-impedance` does burn tertiary roads, which can be turned off by manual edits in `config\stressors.yaml` The best approach would be to provide opportunity to filter types of roads (and potentially other stressors) in both commands.
