Cleaning requirements #45
Description
preprocessing/src/requirements.txt has too many dependencies, probably relevant to Jupyter Notebook version of Data4Land tool.
To ensure lighter Docker image and prevent dependencybot alerts, it is suggested to clean up requirements.
