Filtering out linear OSM features in tunnels

Currently, linear features in tunnels and on bridges are not filtered out in Overpass and Ohsome API queries. As a result, some pixels are mistakenly considered built-up areas.

The solution for Overpass API:

overpass_filter_roads: type:way and (highway in (motorway, motorway_link, trunk, trunk_link, primary, primary_link, secondary, secondary_link, tertiary, tertiary_link)) and (tunnel!=*) and (bridge!=*)
overpass_filter_railways: type:way and (railway in (rail, light_rail, narrow_gauge, tram, preserved)) and (tunnel is null) and (bridge is null) and (tunnel!=*) and (bridge!=*)
overpass_filter_waterways: type:way and (waterway in (river, canal, flowline, tidal_channel)) and (tunnel is null) and (bridge is null) and (tunnel!=*) and (bridge!=*)

In this case, OverpassWrapper.overpass_query_filter and OhsomeWrapper class should be refactored, because they do not currently handle these queries (return the same results as before)
