Filtering outliers by width in OSM #34
Description
It is proposed to filter out linear features with knowingly false values of width, for example, 3000 m for this tertiary road:
Otherwise, it will result in artefacts covering relatively large areas:
TODO: to check if buffered feature has a valid geometry, and if not, how it is fixed.
