Excessive libraries

Excessive libraries are installed through ohsome_wrapper, such as matplotlib.
They should be deleted, otherwise, if they are not mentioned in [requirements] (https://github.com/AD4GD/pilot-2/tree/main/preprocessing/src/requirements.txt), Docker environment won't be able to execute parts with those libraries.

We should leave this issue up until the final release, because there are many files with packages that aren't used. An import cleanup across all files is required.
