Create initial impedance by CSV table #28
Description
Sometimes, it is required to create a simple landscape impedance dataset, if it is not created yet. It would be useful to have a module which can be used across the 1st and 3d components (commands), which creates GeoTIFF dataset on landscape impedance based on:
- input LULC dataset
- reclassification table with mapping of LULC values with desirable impedance values
