Ideally be able to connect both Gitea and GitHub in the signup UI, before profile is created.

As we use LDAP for Gitea now, and we can create contributor profiles for Kosmos accounts from LDAP (signups or logins) instead, I think this issue is not relevant anymore.

Changed my mind. We can use Gitea's OAuth for now, so we don't have to implement our own only to support non-GitHub signups.
