bug: External Playback URL returns not found when anime folder or filename has + symbol

Bug Description / Steps to Reproduce

If there is an anime that has the symbol + in either the parent directory name or the episode name, even if it was downloaded through seanime's torrent downloading feature, it will not play through an external player. This returns a message: "Not Found" error. However, if I manually change the filename to not have a +, this issue is completely resolved.

Eg. this would cause the error

Kekkon suru tte Hontou desu ka S01 1080p WEBRip DD+ x265

Haven't tested this with other modes of playback.
