feature request: Automatic Library Updates for Manga Similar to Anime

Problem Description / Use Case

There should be a way to update manga similar to anime.
Motivation:
Currently, users must manually click on each manga entry for Seanime to check if the user is caught up with the manga. This can be incredibly cumbersome given that people tend to read more manga at the same time(100s) than they watch anime.

Benefits:

• Saves time by reducing manual library checks.
• Enhances user experience by keeping track of unread chapters automatically.

Proposed Solution

1. Implement an update system for manga libraries similar to how anime libraries update.
2. Make a periodic update system to keep all Manga's currently reading updated
