Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

Electron 30.0.0 has been released, but GDevelop (by installing it via AUR) still uses version 18, whose support has ended august 2022...

Steps to reproduce

Install GDevelop via AUR

GDevelop platform

Desktop

GDevelop version

5.3.199

Platform info

OS (e.g. Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS)

Linux

OS Version (e.g. Windows 10, macOS 10.15)

manjaro AUR

Browser(For Web) (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

Device(For Mobile) (e.g. iPhone 12, Samsung Galaxy S21)
