[Bug]: All years not displayed at first when choosing in date selector (filter layer)

What is the bug? (in English)

When choosing a year in the date selector for a date filter, only some years are available to choose for the user (10 first values ?).
When selecting a year in the given values, then other values are displayed.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Add a filter on a layer in lizmap QGIS plugin, with a date field and a date filter.
2. In lwc, click on the filter menu, click on the date filter to open the calendar and click on the year part
3. Notice that only some years are available, choose one.
4. Click again on the year part and notice other years are avalable.
