[Bug]: cropped popup when clicling on create child button

What is the bug? (in English)

When clicking on create child button, the button popup is cropped when the popup window witdh is too small. An horizontal scrolling bar appears but, it would be better to have the button popup on the top.

Note: I've tested with no custom css.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. make a simple/small popup (few elements and small width)
2. keep every feature buttons
3. click on create child button
