Running prepare.bat step is missing from the ReadMe #3

I believe after cloning the project, bin\prepare.bat needs to be run before running build3DSTKLibs.bat. And that step is missing from the read me. Otherwise build3DSTKLibs.bat fails.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
