Remove (hard-code) thresholds

I don't you think we should not give the users/banks the flexibility to customise these thresholds because the values of these thresholds are formulated by tilt's methodology?

Thanks @kalashsinghal. This sounds like something for @AnneSchoenauer and @Tilmon to discuss.

If we go that route I would consider keeping the tiltIndicator package as is and write a thin wrapper to expose the more limited API to users. The user-facing package would have fewer options but the developer facing package would remain easy to change and test.
