The current commit message to the plugin SVN repo includes the one line commit message Update to version #.#.# from GitHub

While this makes it possible to find the source commit via the tag on GitHub, adding a link would make it easier for the source of the commit to be tracked.

Describe the solution you'd like

One of two options:

• Link to the tag, eg https://github.com/peterwilsoncc/rapid-canonical-urls/tree/1.0.3 or the release, eg https://github.com/peterwilsoncc/rapid-canonical-urls/releases/tag/1.0.3
• Link to the commit, eg peterwilsoncc/rapid-canonical-urls@3c3fb12
